  • Nur 1 Kunde im Geschäft - Kunde 2 oder Begleitung von Kunde 1, bitte wartet kurz draußen.

  • Bitte desinfiziert eure Hände - Wir stellen im Eingangsbereich Desinfektionsmittel für euch bereit.

  • Ein Mund-Nasen-Schutz ist für das Betreten des Einzelhandels in Berlin seit 29.04.2020 verbindlich.

  • Einhaltung des Mindestabstands von 1,5 Metern zwischen zwei Personen (Mitarbeiter <-> Kunde)

  • Das Probieren von Liquids, sowie das Anfassen und Probieren von Geräten ist derzeit leider nicht möglich. Ihr müsst uns vertrauen. ;-)

  • kontaktlose Kartenzahlung wird bevorzugt.

Falls ihr den Kontakt einschränken wollt oder müsst, könnt ihr auch folgende Möglichkeiten zur Beratung und zum Einkauf nutzen:

 

  • Ihr schreibt uns eine e-Mail an berlin@luft-store.de. Wir setzen uns mit euch in Verbindung und wickeln eure Bestellung ganz individuell ab. Diese können wir zu einem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt übergeben (unter Beachtung aller aktuell gegebenen Abstands- und Hygieneregeln), oder wir liefern sie zu euch.

  • Ihr setzt euch telefonisch mit uns unter 030 / 64 31 74 68 (Mo-Sa, 11-18 Uhr) in Verbindung und wir wickeln eure Bestellung ganz individuell ab. Diese können wir zu einem vereinbarten Zeitpunkt übergeben (unter Beachtung aller aktuell gegebenen Abstands- und Hygieneregeln), oder wir liefern sie zu euch.

  • Ihr könnt ganz regulär über diesen Online-Shop einkaufen. Bitte beachtet, dass das Sortiment nicht zu 100 Prozent im Webshop abgebildet ist. Wenn ihr etwas benötigt, was nicht im Shop zu finden ist, schreibt uns eine Mail an berlin@luft-store.de oder ruft uns an unter 030 / 64 31 74 68.

  • Please disinfect your hands - we provide disinfectant in the entrance area of our store.
  • A protection of mouth and nose when entering the store is mandatory in Berlin, as of 29.04.2020.

  • Please keep your distance - at least 1.5 meters between yourself and staff

  • Unfortunately, your can't touch any devices or try out liquids. You'll have to trust us. ;-)

  • Payment by card preferred.
